Please find the below job description and let me know if you are interested   Role: Oracle PL/SQL DBA Location: Oaks, PA   Initial 1-2 Months remote   We are looking for 70% Performance Engineer and 30% Oracle DB side   ·    We need candidate who worked on Application side in oracle database not from Infrastructure side in oracle database. ·    Need someone who have strong exp. working on AWR, OEM, ADDM, SQL Tuning Advisor, SQL. ·    Proficient in performance tuning using SQL Trace / TKPROF / Explain Plan/Stat pack, AWR reports, ADDM advisors ,Active Session History, Database replay report, SQL Performance Analyzer.     Skills Required: Minimum 8 Year experience as Oracle Performance Engineer– Very thorough and clear understanding of Oracle Database Architecture – including the latest version of Oracle and Databases on cloud. Extensive knowledge of key factors impacting performance of Oracle database. Must have worked with customers in an advisory role helping them implement best practices during migrations or upgrades. Should have experience on utilities like OEM, AWR, ADDM, SQL Tuning Advisor, SQL Profiles Extensive knowledge and solid troubleshooting experience in the following areas RAC, ASM, Performance tuning (AWR, SQL Monitor, OEM), Data Guard (Physical and Logical) including active dataguard and DG broker, RMAN – Experience in handling complex installation/patching, database recovery scenarios is desired Added skills with Oracle Golden Gate and tuning would be excellent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with customer during pre-go live or post go-live scenarios involving. Quick thinking willingness to work based on customer situation and take ownership for resolve performance issue. Reach out to other supporting teams as needed. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues. – Appetite to learn new technologies and constantly improve technical skills.
