•Experience in Business Process Modelling and Reengineering.

•Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.

•Experience of working on Agile projects.

•Proven track of working closely with key business users

•Hands-on experience of systems supporting distribution and workflow

•Experience of working with various Development Lifecycle Methodologies (including Agile, RUP, Waterfall, Prototyping)

•Experience of working with usability and user experience.

•Experience of working with global development teams
