Job description:
 
This is a Jr-mid level position
 
Requirements:

• Required Skills:
  • Must have 3-5 years of production support experience
  • Working knowledge of software reliability management; ability to develop and use principles, methodologies and metrics that increase software product performance and reliability
  • Excellent written and verbal skills - Proactive communication a must
  • Ability to work with internal support teams, software vendor support teams, participate in projects, and work individually to accomplish tasks.
  • 3+ years of experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Frameworks
  • 3+ years of experience with ETL tools like Abinitio
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL
  • 3+ years of experience with Shell Scripting
