Job Title	Peoplesoft Techno Functional HCM

• Understanding and working from business requirements documentation.  
• Creating new and modifying existing programs, features, and functionality for the PeopleSoft HCM suite including Core HR, Benefits, North American and Global Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management.  
• Knowledge of developing front end applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, Angular is a plus.  
• Building RESTful APIs to integrate with front end applications and external systems.   
• Supporting the creation of technical design solutions to meet business requirements.  
• Supporting the Development, testing, debugging and documentation of PeopleSoft applications in accordance with standard development practices and architectural requirements.  
• Plan, initiate and conduct unit testing of applications and support system testing as required.  
• Work with the project architect and database administrators to resolve complex technical issues and understand system performance associated with the introduction of new technologies.  
• As a part of a project team, share technical and product knowledge with other team members.  
• Participate in technology/tools evaluation and software technical proof of concepts.  

  

Minimum Qualifications   

·         Bachelor's Degree in related field required or equivalent work experience.  

·         5+ years working with PeopleSoft Applications.  

·         Strong PeopleTools technical skills including development of processes/reports; Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Tools, Data Management tools and Reporting Tools.   

·         Full understanding of the systems development life cycle   

·         Familiarity with software architecture concepts.
