UST is looking for Data Analyst 

Required Skills:  Google Bigquery, Python and GCP services are the primary skill we are looking for  

• Skillset:  
• Experience building ELT data pipelines from the ground up   
• Ability to design and build a scalable GCP solution while helping current staff with GCP   
• Automating the workflow using GCP services. Must be able to evaluate different services and choose the best option. o Cloud SQL o Cloud Storage o Composer/Airflow o Dataflow o Cloud Function o Cloud Run o Data Fusion o DBT   
• Implementation of Security best practices for sensitive data such as PII/PHI   
• BigQuery security and privacy practices generally   
• Experience with Cloud Identity and Access Management in BigQuery   
• Implementing data security in a multi-tenant environment o DLP with column level tagging to implement policies for column level encryption/masking   
• Python 3.x - ideally with experience pulling data from Oracle   
• CI/CD for GCP services around ELT o Github versioning o Github actions o Release automation   

Ideal person will also have BigQuery experience with a BI tool (hopefully Looker and LookML) pulling data from BiqQuery.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

5-8 years of IT development/programming/coding professional work experience 

 

  

REQUIRED EDUCATION: 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or relevant work experience 

Relevant Development certifications
