I have urgent Requirement on  ServiceNow/ITSM
Role:   ServiceNow/ITSM
Location: Remote – No west coast candidates
Duration :6-12 months
USC or GC Holders
Experience: 4+
Interview : Phone and skype


Required skills: ServiceNow / ITSM experience, software asset management experience, and either ITIL/ITSM certification (any level) with strong communications skills

Required skills:
3-4 years of experience adhering to ITSM processes
2+ years of experience working with an enterprise ITSM tool (ServiceNow preferred) along with hands-on experience supporting the Software Asset Management module within ServiceNow
Nice to have:
ITSM AND/OR ITIL Foundations Certification
