- As an SRE, the resource should have worked on monitoring tools in SRE such as Data dog, Splunk, they will work on Testing, creating environments, Support Production, deploying codes, CI/CD, Incident managements, troubleshoot
- % Wise-SRE 80% and 20 % Development as they grow in the System it would/could be 60:40 ratio
- Also depends on the background of the resource for the % alignment
