I have a requirement for HCM Developer. I am Sharing the JD. Share some suitable roles.
Oracle Fusion HCM Developer
o Strong technical skills with hands-on Oracle HCM development experience.
o Minimum 5 years of HCM development experience but years of experience doesn’t matter if they are highly skilled in the below mentioned
o Prefer HR application knowledge.
· Experience in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Report, Fast Formula,
· HDL and HSDL – nice to have
o Experience in BI Publisher and OTBI
o Process knowledge in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management
o Sound knowledge of SDLC project cycle
o Very good communication and articulation
