Skills Required

8+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
2+ years of technical program management experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
6+ years of release management experience
3+ years of project management experience (Project or program management experience with client-side applications preferred)
3+ years of experience in software development; advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
Experience with Continuous Integration & Delivery
Experience overseeing and creating new flows and processes
Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work across teams
Attention to detail
Expertise with automated release tools like Chef
Strong verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development
Experience with Continuous Integration & Delivery
Experience overseeing and creating software delivery processes
Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
