Skills Required
- 8+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- 2+ years of technical program management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
- 6+ years of release management experience
- 3+ years of project management experience (Project or program management experience with client-side applications preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in software development; advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Experience with Continuous Integration & Delivery
- Experience overseeing and creating new flows and processes
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work across teams
- Attention to detail
- Expertise with automated release tools like Chef
- Strong verbal and written communication
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development
- Experience with Continuous Integration & Delivery
- Experience overseeing and creating software delivery processes
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
