Summary

They are looking for a dynamic individual having experience in mortgage and lending. The position entails working with nCino implementation for one of our Commercial Banking clients. The project is focused on requirements gathering and solution development to transition from manual loan processing to nCino workflow management. This role requires subject matter expertise in loan origination systems to develop future state systems in line with the client's vision. The individual will also be responsible to engage with business, product, IT, and operations teams to ensure successful design and implementation of requirements.

Requirements

• Responsible for building solutions using nCino product including process design/redesign, configurations and customizations, workflow analysis, and data analysis
• Requirements gathering for nCino Gold Standards
• Analysis of manual loan processes and workflows and deriving future state of nCino adoption
• Solid understanding of the loan application journey – prospecting, qualification, proposal, credit underwriting, final review, approval, processing, covenants management, closure
• Assist in managing and reducing product backlog
• Ability to create nCino user stories and work in conjunction with developers and testers to deliver requirements
• Create high quality documentation and ensure quality assurance
• Create user acceptance testing plan and assist with nCino testing
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and training to increase the adoption of nCino across divisions of the bank

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Math or related field with 5+ years of experience of which 2+ years must be in commercial lending
• Hands on expertise/certifications/trainings with nCino loan origination system is highly desirable
• Relevant Salesforce experience is preferrable
• Experience working with business, product, IT, and operations teams to deliver scope as planned
• Exposure to SCRUM based Agile methodologies is a must
• Experience using Microsoft Office and modeling tools such as Visio
• Self-motivated and strong time management and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal, verbal/presentation and written communication skills
• Problem solving and risk management experience with strong computer and software skills
