JOB DESCRIPTION :  

Key Skills & Certification : NetSuite Certified Financial User (Prefer), NetSuite Architecture & reporting, SuiteScript, BI, Cognos, PowerBI, Cloud concepts, MS Office proficient, Strong Analytical, & Problem-Solving skills, Strong communications skills

 

Experiences in years : 5 + Years of experience, 1 full/Partial NetSuite Software implementation experience – focus reporting needs

 

Industry: TMT

Strong understanding and full knowledge on NetSuite Software system architecture, roles and permission, workflows (SuiteFlow, SuiteFlex, SuiteTalk) functionality and processes, customization and core NetSuite accounting and finance functionality

Strong business acumen – Full functional understanding on core accounting processes – Organization Structure - GL, Profit Center, Cost Center, Legal Entity, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Fix Asset, Cash management, Projects

Understanding or working experience of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Reporting concepts– Dashboards, KPIs, Scorecard, data metrics and ETL concepts

Strong hands-on knowledge and skills in SuiteScript, specifically in the CRM and ERP capacities, reporting tool Cognos, MS PowerBI

Working closely with internal the business team gathering requirements, creating/reviewing use cases, scenarios & developing all documentation

Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements

Effectively determining the appropriate type of analytics and best analytical approach for a given need

Elicit data visualization and reporting requirements, ability to generate innovative insights from analysis from management and end users POV

Design, develop and deploy solutions in the Business Intelligence platform (NetSuite) and maintain/manage new BI/Reporting solution requests from across the business and translate these requests into functional & technical requirements

Assist others - developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new NetSuite BI/reporting needs

Work with the internal teams and implementation partner teams on automating reports, data integrations with NetSuite

Assist in data import and export using CSV, API s, or other methods between NetSuite and 3 rd party systems

Perform data analysis, data sources or data set identification to build aggregates, drill up/down rules , conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations

Work extensively & effectively coordination with cross-functional teams
