Hiring Requirements
• Undergraduate degree with 2 years application/systems analysis experience (i.e. testing, project team work related to system functionality/process development).
• If no degree, 4 years application/systems analysis experience or 6 years experience in relevant business function developing strong technical skills with associated applications/systems
• Some knowledge or experience with automated tools to perform analysis and reporting (i.e. Business Objects, query writing) is required.
Hiring Preferences
• Visual Design tools knowledge/skills preferred.
• Familiarity with health care industry is preferred
• Some project coordination skills with ability to lead smaller project teams
• Ability to read, interpret and apply technical specifications
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional project teams and independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret and effectively present quantitative data.
