If interested, please send me your resume, your contact details, your availability, and a good time to connect with you Role: Windchill Lead Consultant Location: Remote Job Description : - Provide Expertise on WC Data Model, Classification, Workflows, Lifecycle, OIRs, Roles/ACLs, Utilities & Wizards, Artifacts & Methodologies - Deploy PLM tool infrastructure and environment for Bi-directional Integration with Cameo MagicDraw SysML Models & Oracle ERP - Advise on PTC CAD-BOM and eBOM-mBOM Integrations with overall xBOM Management (eCAD, mCAD, Software, Parts, Docs, etc) - Advise on Integration of MBSE data with Requirements Management, Detailed Engineering, and Software Development data. - Advise on the realization of Single/Authoritative Source of Truth, and traceability of changes across the tool chain. - Lead Proof of Concept deployment of the Engineering tool chains to demonstrate the exchange of data and the realization of the Digital Thread to enable Digital Enterprise - Lead Workshops & Focus Groups with SMEs to assess current Product Development Process, Organization Structure, and Model Based Engineering practices. - Identify key value drivers and desired state on PLM with respect to Industry Standards and Best Practices - Assist in Strategy, Requirements, Use Cases, Test Plan/Cases, Trade Studies, Pilot / Demo / Roadmap for deployment of Digital Thread infrastructure - Identify Various Touchpoints for Data Federation, MDM/MDG, Analytics & Reporting - Lead PLM-ERP Integration with Hands on Configuration + Harmonization + PoCs + Pilot + Demos + Deployment + Training and other duties as assigned - Support overall Deliverables (Storyboards, Matrices, HLD / LLD Process Flows & DFDs, Cost Model, etc). |
