About the job

1. Should be able to understand the business and help the development team with the business requirements

2. Agile knowledge will be helpful

3. Should have worked with Business to understand and document requirements and break it up into Epics, Features, User stories

4. Maintaining the team backlog # With input from System Architect Engineering and other stakeholders, the PO has the primary responsibility for building, editing, and maintaining the team backlog.

5. Iteration Planning The PO reviews and reprioritizes the backlog as part of the prep work for Iteration Planning, including coordination of dependencies with other POs.

6. Accepting stories # The PO works with the team to agree on accepted story completion. This includes validating that the story meets acceptance criteria, that it has the appropriate, persistent acceptance tests, and that it otherwise complies with its Definition of Done (DoD).

7. Managing and making visible the product backlog, or the prioritized list of requirements for future product development.

8. Changing the order of items in the product backlog.

9. Being available to the development team at all times to answer any questions team members have regarding the customers needs and the customers views of how the team is implementing a product feature.
