ROLE: .NET/SQL Developer –

LOCATION: Rochester, NY (100% Onsite)

Responsibilities:

Maintaining SQL production databases
Maintain existing applications that support the manufacturing of electronic PCB assembly, final assembly and testing of data communication radios
Create new applications to support the release of new production into manufacturing
Maintain product label printing applications
Supporting Oracle application and printing issues by coordinating with offshore support team
Daily application issues and enhancements
Migrate applications and corresponding printers to different operating systems
Maintain manufacturing printers, print servers, print queues etc.
Work with the Quality Organization to develop programs to collect , analyze data to automate processes and improve the manufacturing of product
Work with customers to gather new manufacturing reporting/labeling requirements and implement the changes into existing applications

Required Skill Set:

Development Tools: Visual Basic 6, C#, VB .NET, ASP .NET
Database Skills: SQL Server 2012 & 2016
Operating Systems: Win 2003, Win 2008, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 2012
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
