Must Have: - * Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology
- including Agile, scrum, Waterfall
- * At least 5 Years of as a Program Manager
- * Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost,
- quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management
- * Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize
- effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- * Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability
- to work well in teams and cross-departments
Nice to Have: - * Exposure to SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office tools
- * PMP Certification with 1-2 years of working experience as Business
- Analyst or Developer
- * Knowledge in big data, data & analytics, Hadoop, SQL, BI tools
- (Tableau, PowerBI, Metrics Insight etc.), streaming technologies.
- * Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize
- effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure
- * Impact and influence - In times of high pressure, you listen to
- different perspectives, evaluate, persuade and carefully shape team's work to deliver truly impactful results
