Position: junior Java Developer

Location: Remote

Rate: $40-$50/hr C2C

No OPT

 

Responsibilities:
• Analyze, design, develop, as well as implement RESTful services and APIs
• Apply the latest software design techniques and contribute to the technical design of new solutions.
• Modify existing programs, prepare test data and functional specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues and solve problems, identify potential process improvement areas
• Implement common APIs based on architecture guidelines and frameworks like Swagger and SwaggerHub
• Create API specification using Open API standards in YAML
• A Technical Lead owns the deliverables of a sub-team to meet business objectives. A person in this role interfaces with several stakeholders including project and delivery teams as well as specialists and technical architect to ensure alignment of technical deliverables and architecture.
• They are responsible for ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency of deliverables by bridging architecture, design, and implementation processes.
• They facilitate end-to-end technical implementation of the architecture as per the business requirements.
• Experience in API Administration
• Experience setting up Apigee Edge environments and configuring various components
• Good experience in supporting the Apigee environments and APIs across environments
• Knowledge of health checks and monitoring procedures for Apigee components & APIs
