8+ years of Hands on Salesforce Business Analyst .
This project is to build a new custom application Dealer Network Action Management System (DNAMS) in HMA/GMAs existing Salesforce Platform to replace the current Dealer Package Management System (DPMS).
Dealer organizational change processes are classified into Packages to determine information collection and review/approval requirements.
The system needs to facilitate the request, collection, storing and distribution of information, documents, and agreements.
The system also requires a workflow to manage the data collection, review, and approval processes to ensure they are completed in a certain timeline and satisfy oversight requirements.
We need a resource who can manage the Salesforce implementation team (SFDC) to make sure they deliver what they committed on time &; as requested by business.
Previous experience in directly communicating with business end-users and capturing the business requirement for the system solution are required.
Technical PM experience would be strongly preferred.
