Role	Infrastructure Engineer
Mandatory Technical Skills	Experience on Cloud (Azure is plus) Working knowledge on Networking hardware and concepts Good Experience on Windows Server Admin, AD Ability to install Operating System on Servers and Devices Strong Endpoint device support experience (i.e. desktop computers, laptops) Working Knowledge of PowerShell Excellent Troubleshooting Skills(Hardware, OS) Provisioning and Racking of hardware
Desirable Technical Skills	Ability to support Audio Video needs Work Experience in using iLO/DRAC/KVMoIP Ability to reset a room for a demo using Intune and Autopilot Ability to work on IoT devices
Mandatory Functional Skills	Strong customer relations experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical and organizational skills Understanding of Inventory management and CMDB updating
Desirable Functional Skills	Identify and Implement Service and Process improvement initiatives Ability to plan, prioritize and execute Deployment activities based on available resources
