Qualifications JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design and develop deployment solutions for Microsoft Dynamics Ax application using enterprise-level automation tools
- Design, deploy and maintain Dynamics Ax platform
- Dynamics Ax 2012 installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Promoting Dynamics Ax 2012 model store to multiple environments
- Perform Dynamics Ax database refreshes and post refresh activities
- Manage changes, deployments, incidents and support project implementations sometimes at unsociable hours
- User management in Dynamics Ax 2012; manage Ax security and policy procedures
- Monitor and manage VMs that host Dynamics Ax
- Batch job setup and troubleshooting
- Importing XPOs and redeploying services
- Document system requirements and process flows
- Partner closely with Delivery Team to ensure new features and products are delivered to customers seamlessly and efficiently
- Partner with Development and Product Teams to identify issues, driving issue resolution
- Maintain and manage Driscoll’s source code repositories for internal projects and vendor-developed systems
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery processes

Requirements/preferred Qualifications: - Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience administering Dynamics Ax 2012 R2/R3
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics Ax system architecture; ability to support Dynamics Ax system in multiple environments
- Ability to troubleshoot Dynamics Ax issues and implement solutions
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Powershell, Shell)
- Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and Service Now for incident and change management
- Experience with database management systems like MS SQL and MySQL
- Exposure to DevOps tools is a nice to have
- Strong experience working with GitHub, a cloud-based Source Code Management tool; Knowledge of BitBucket is a nice to have
- Experience in monitoring tools (New Relic)
- Knowledge of Windows services such as Domain services, Active Directory, Print
- Knowledge of CI tools (TeamCity, Jenkins) -package deployment tools (Octopus Deploy, uDeploy) -configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible) is a nice to have
- Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS (Azure & GCP a plus!)
- Exceptional and advanced English communication skills with all levels of an organization are required (written, verbal, digital, and formal presentations)
- Desire to teach and mentor other engineers with varying domains of expertise
- Ability to travel internationally without restrictions (valid passport)
Good to Have: - Hands-on knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools and methodologies
- Experience with SCM tools (GitHub etc.), Jira, ServiceNow, APM tools (NewRelic etc.)
- Experience with AWS or other cloud technology is a plus
- Experience with any other ERP system, including migration is a plus
- Experience in creating requirements specifications based on Architecture/ Design / Detailing of ERP Business Processes
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
