Title: Change Manager Support Location: San Jose, CA Job description: REQUIRED - Good understanding of / Prior exposure to Finance processes including F and A aspects of Order to Cash, of Procure to Pay, Revenue Recognition, Reporting.
- Good project management / program management skills and experience – prefer in a corporate environment, I’d same minimum of 5 years project management outside of IT PM work. If only experience is IT PM work need to have > 12 years of same.
- Detailed oriented, comfortable with engaging with business stakeholders, good listeners, and excellent at verbal and written communications.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly flexible, willing to bootstrap themselves to get up to speed.
PREFERRED - Exposure to or understanding of change management concepts in the course of supporting IT project delivery or complex business program delivery.
- Experience or willingness to work on some OCM deliverables: stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, program communications.
