Role: Business System Analyst with P&C Insurance Location: MA/ Remote Duration: Long Term Must Have: Business Analysis, Data Mapping, API, Agile Methodology, Commercial Lines, P&C Insurance domain Responsibilities: - 8+ years of proven working experience as a Business Systems analyst in Insurance industry on Commercial Lines
- Elicit, analyze, document, and communicate business and system requirements and end user readiness of business solutions:
- Good understanding of policy data and Data Mapping skills between systems
- Basic understanding of database tables and columns
- API experience
- Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements and collaborate with Architects and Developers to estimate project impact.
- Apply knowledge of business analysis techniques, business processes, and project methodologies to complex projects, including expertise of Service Request Analyst, Process Analyst and Agile Analyst applications:
- Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements and collaborate with Architects and Developers.
- Clarify requirement related questions from the BA/SME/Product Owners
- Work with solution architects and business teams to walkthrough the functional requirements to ensure it meets the user needs
- Work with the customer to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements
- Strong communication skills
