Role: Business Analyst with Insurance or Life Insurance Domain Location: Erie, PA- Need to be at client location from October 2022 Duration: Long Term Visa: Any Visa Client: Erie Insurance   Must have: Insurance or Life Insurance Domain, Strong Agile, Business Analysis & Production Support exp   Required Skills: Meet with stake holders/ system owners to understand the project/ system goals Identify and establish the scope of the project to perform the requirement analysis Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing systems, develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems Work with the stake holders/ legal teams to gather requirements using interviews, conduct requirement workshops, create scenarios, use cases and work flow analysis Demonstrate strong analytical and product/ project management skill, including thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details and abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding Meet with business to prioritize the incoming work Release planning Identify known risks, review lesson learns from previous projects, determine process involved, create As-is models, create To-be model, define requirement management plan, finalize the scope, list all high level requirements, store all documents within project repository, upload requirement to the tool Elicit business and technical requirements in the client specified standard format Help developers with technical solutions to meet business criteria Requirements walk through with business, stake holders and internal IT teams Utilize Service Now for release planning activities - Triage incoming incidents, Open Problem/ Features Document critical scenarios to be validated and hand over to QA team Review test artifacts – test plan, test matrix, test scenarios, test cases and test results and provide sign off Coordinate with different IT teams to help resolving any major road blocks, issues to make sure all the deliverables are completed on time Organize UAT sessions with stake holders Complete production readiness activities, post production validation, document back out plan Document lesson learned and closure activities – upload all the documents to the project repository Provide orientation and training to end users for modified and new systems Mandatory Skills : Analysis Skills Facilitation and Elicitation skills Business Analysis Tools (Word, Excel, Power point) Service Now Problem Solving Skills Communication Skills Documentation skills Life domain experience Good to have: Project Life Cycle Experience PROD support experience Thanks & Regards,   Vivek Yadav Recruitment Lead Call: (908) 633-4182 E: KumarY@VBeyond.com | www.vbeyond.com 390 Amwell Road, Suite # 107, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 Note – VBeyond is fully committed to Diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity.   Disclaimer: We respect your Online Privacy.
