Below are the skill sets on which a resource needs to perform day 2-day activities [Info below] MES Shop Floor - Visual Basic/.NET/SQL Developer · Maintaining and improve SQL production databases · Resolve all data governance and processing problems. · Design and implement SOA architecture. · Maintain and improve existing applications that support the manufacturing of electronic PCB assembly, final assembly and testing of data communication radios · Create new applications/frameworks to support the release of new production into manufacturing · Maintain product label printing applications · Supporting Oracle application and printing issues by coordinating with offshore support team · Daily application issues and enhancements · Migrate applications and corresponding printers to different operating systems · Maintain manufacturing printers, print servers, print queues etc. · Work with the Quality Organization to develop programs to collect and analyze data to improve the manufacturing of product · Work with customers to gather new manufacturing reporting/labeling requirements and implement the changes into existing applications
Description : 1 .Net/C#/VB6 Experience with .Net/C#/VB6 software creation and management of web-based enterprise software applications 2 SQL Server Experience with SQL Server development (Modeling /Automation) 3 JavaScript \ jQuery \ AJAX \ CSS Experience with various web scripting technologies (Frontend frameworks) – knowledge of when to use each applicable tool 4 RESTFUL/SOA Experiences developing web services for RESTFUL 5 HTML5 Experience creating mobile, cross-platform content with HTML5 6 Verbal \ Written Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Comfort working directly with others one-on-one and in larger teams. 7 Technical Documentation Experience creating technical documentation including architecture diagrams, database models, configuration guides, help guides. 8 Microsoft word, excel, Visio Familiarity with tools sufficient to assist in creating technical documentation.
