Role: L2 Engineer/ Application Support (JavaOps)

Location: Bothell, WA (remote)

 

Primary Skillset: ASM, Java, Spring boot, Microservices
Secondary Skillset: Splunk, SQL

 

Job Description:

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support with Preference to previous telecom domain.
• Hands on experience in working with Java SpringBoot, Microservices.
• Previous hands on experience in troubleshooting using AppDynamics and Splunk.
• Should be able to troubleshoot and debug code
• Should have commanding knowledge in Linux, Shell Scripts, Python, Oracle SQL Queries, Jenkins, Maven, GIT, BitBucket.
• Incident Handling/Management, ITSM Tool.
• Should be a team player
• Excellent communication skills - Spoken and Written.
