Please share the best resume...   Job Title: ERP Test lead- Chicago IL.    Location: Chicago IL Type: Contract     Requirements - Please help in finding the suitable candidate for the Test Lead position and below are the roles:   1.Test Lead with Supply Chain Management domain experience and good communication skills, who can manage all the testing related activities for the project.   2.Test Phase Preparations (lead below tasks): •Work with Acquisition/MSI IT and Business team for creating SIT/UAT Test Scenarios •Reduce or modify where necessary to fit the SIT/UAT timeline •For each SIT/UAT test scenario, track the test scripts. •Review identified SIT/UAT test scenarios with extended team •Finalize and get approval (from Business/Product owner)   3.Test scenarios execution schedule during SIT/UAT: •Create and manage group chats for each test scenario with testers •Communication test scenarios that need to be executed to testers. Review test schedule expectations for the day •Review execution progress and defect metrics •Manage Test execution within the UAT timeline. Communicate if schedules need to be adjusted  (Extend work schedules for weeknights and weekend if required) •Facilitate status meetings, publish daily/weekly progress updates •Provide status reports for all tracks and overall progress to PMO •Escalate any risk, blocker and unresolved pending action items to PMO •Approval/signoff of testing cycle results.   I would appreciate if you could reach out on my below mentioned contact coordinates, should the position be of interest to you.
