Under followed is the job description: Need : Duckcreek policy Data BSA Location : Boston, MA (Hybrid onsite 2 days a week) JD : The key focus area for the Data Policy Admin System BA role will be in support of Policy -Data Warehousing, and Policy Reporting requirements from Downstream. Job Requirements: · Interacting with client stakeholders on the requirements and leverage the expertise in Duck Creek Policy System to implement the same. · Conceptualizing the solution and design approach for implementing the functional requirements and feasibility in Duck Creek Policy System. · Delivering incremental releases with the desired functionalities and maintaining the artifacts in conformance with Duck Creek Tool standard practices. · Interacting with business users and addressing the business need/requirements. · Strong functional skills, ability to evaluate Business requirements and challenges, propose solution and alternatives. · Hands-on experience working in onshore and offshore Model. · Current knowledge of P & C Industry trends/tools and seek opportunities to deploy new technologies. · Design effective and efficient solutions that meet functional, Data and performance requirements. · Ability to identify gaps and omission in end-to-end solutions while Identifying opportunities for re-use and improvements. · Ability to document and communicate effectively on status of progress against plans. Basic Qualifications: · Computer Science degree or MBA or relevant experience · 5+ year of Duck Creek Policy or Data Insight industry experience · Basic experience in ETL/Data warehouse and hands-on experience with SQL Server, and Deployment Tools · Experience and knowledge of software development life cycle, Duck Creek application, SQL and relational database design · Experience with systems integration between Policy and Data Warehouse Systems.
