Digital Product Owner / Business Analyst
Must have must have worked on online banking, payment/disbursements and ACH projects – this is a senior role
Duration : 12-month Contract
Location – 100% Remote (EST Time Zone)
Visa: GC or Citizens ONLY
Rate: 60/hrs C2C all incluisve
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate functional design and requirements that will be used in the development of the Digital Banking Platform.
• Collect and communicate the business needs in terms that both a developer and a business owner can understand.
• Help with data modeling, test strategy, test case documentation and training documentation
• Ensure there is alignment between the business need and the business requirements such that the appropriate documents and details support clear understanding by the technical and development team.
• Ensure tests are thorough and 'risk based' depending on what has changed within the system.
Requirements:
• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of business analyst or product management experience in the Banking Industry.
• Recent experience gathering requirements for online banking, payment/disbursements and ACH projects is A MUST!
• Experience writing use cases, and functional requirements.
• Experience with Agile SDLC and project methodology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders including senior management.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule work and projects with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Must have strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
