Please share suitable candidates.   Title: Operations Analyst with ITIL Location: Appleton, WI (Candidates need to go to office for 2-3 days in a week - Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contract   Responsibilities: Core Activities Day to day operations Critical Incidents: Addressing critical incident management and coordination. Root cause analysis, documentation and sharing of results with client. Planning for preventive measures from root cause analysis. Change Management Represent mainframe operations in Change Advisory Board. Change management planning and coordination. Transition coordination - e.g., software upgrades and security patches. Release coordination for changes related to support and development areas.  Capacity management  Business and service capacity management  Bridge to application support  Interface with development teams to help diagnose incidents  Interface with development teams to close incidents that require development work  Planning & Governance  Attending standup calls  Daily publishing updates/reports related to SLA’s.  Establish review cadence  Identify and manage project risks and issues.
