Job Description :-

 

TIDAL Admin - Handling Job Failures received through emails by taking action as per instructions mentioned in the Run Book tab of the failed job(s) in TES., - Executing Customer Request for Jobs received by user through mail & call, Monitoring of TIDAL Agents for Job schedule. - Secure Transport Axway FTP Tool: monitoring and reporting failures - Troubleshooting and Analysis of Production Issues, small enhancements SSIS, SSRS
