Role: BPM developer
Location: 255 North Admiral Byrd Road, Salt Lake City, Utah, United States, 84116 (onsite) BPM developer needed @ Utah for day one onsite role or max after a month Job description: Looking for an experienced BPM Developer with a strong technical background to work on the implementation of automation solutions using IBM BAW. The successful candidate will work in an agile environment with other developers, scrum masters, product owners, technical analysts, and managers to communicate business and technical aspects of the BAW platform and projects, build technical designs, develop solutions, lead proof of concepts, and help with rollouts/implementations. Responsible for analyzing, modifying, and supporting application software. Ensures quality code is delivered through continuous integration, development, and testing. Performs technical design, coding, support, and documentation of software application modifications. Responsibilities - Create technical roadmaps for BAW solutions, including defining objectives and projected timelines
- Analyze BPM solution requirements and align solution designs with strategic direction, service level expectations, and current architecture.
- Develop BAW Client-Side Coach UI's that meet business requirements.
- Present process concepts to and collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Evaluate current solution, identifying challenges, issues, and holdups as well as including plans to address in roadmap.
- Construct an action plan to implement recommendations.
- Delivers technology solutions that support business goals. Partners with the product owner to understand business requirements, evaluates features, and translates application specifications into workable technical solutions.
- Maintains application software and systems. Ensures all projects and releases are appropriately tested and risks are mitigated.
- Supports technical initiatives and provides input into best practices to team.
- Participate in all phases of the software development cycle from inception, design, development, implementation through post-production support following agile methodology.
- Develop core system/integration components utilizing J2EE, JMS, XML, web services, etc.
Must-Have Skills - 8+ years overall experience with 5+ years with IBM BAW (Version IBM BPM 20.x)
- Experience in responsive coaches, app migrations and creating frameworks and utilities
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience in working with Web Services – REST and SOAP
- Detail oriented with excellent organization and analytical skills
- Experience with Agile methodology and working in Agile teams
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, project team members, supervisors, and employees
- Ability to solve problems creatively to work through roadblocks
- Clear & confident written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills - Lead BPM development experience for enterprise solutions
- Proven solution engineering and real-world delivery experience
- SOA and batch integration experience
