Relevant Experience -5+

Technical/Functional Skills

• Healthcare domain experience

• Experience working with Clinical domain (UM/CM) is preferred

• Working experience in SAFE Agile Environment

• Working experience with Product Manager/Product Owner (Business) in understanding and documenting requirements

• Working experience with IT Dev/QA teams from design/dev thru deploy

• Strong communication skills

• Working experience with Agile tools like Rally

Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners - Understand and document requirements

• Participate in Requirements meetings within program/teams across programs

• Work with Architecture and IT Dev teams - Explain requirements and extend support in designing

• Work with Scrum & E2E QA teams to review Acceptance criteria and test scenarios

• Perform Production validation during Prod deployments

• Maintain requirement documents with appropriate version control in Sharepoint
