Lead Business Intelligence Developer
• As Lead Business Intelligence Developer, you will report to the Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics and work closely with IT and business users.
• Design, Development, and Implementation of client's Analytics, Business Intelligence initiatives, and operations, driving the enterprise towards a data-first culture.
• A successful candidate will have strong technical domain experience, excellent communication skills, and experience delivering successful enterprise analytics or business intelligence projects in Power BI. A successful candidate will also embrace a fast-paced environment, proactively taking ownership of both initiatives and issues as they arise.
• Reports to: Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics
• Deploy and Manage a Power BI platform for all client's Brands
• Implement Best Practices for Security, Development, Capacity
• Create reports and dashboards, visualizations, and KPIs
• Enable large datasets and data volumes
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of Power BI solutions, including investigation of data issues and data validation
• Provide mentoring and training of Power BI functions to business customers (Customer Insights, Merchandising, Allocation, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree in data analytics, systems engineering, or related field and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including prior experience as a Power BI Developer.
• Significant data modeling experience and DAX language expertise
• Experience configuring tenants and tenant administration abilities (APIs)
• Experience standing up/implementing Power BI
• Strong SQL Skills
• Experience supporting data analytics/data modeling projects
• Experience managing citizen developers, data governance
• Data Warehouse and ETL Development Experience
• Any related Certifications
