Role :- RPA Production Support

Location :- Oaks, PA

Duration :- Long Term Contract

Note: Client would prefer to have someone locally or will want them to relocate within a month and must have experience in Production support

Skills Required:

A minimum of 2-3 year of experience in the field of IT support
BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident and change management)
Thorough knowledge of data processing concepts and financial industry/banking operations practices
Thorough knowledge of relevant operating systems, languages, and environments (listed below)
Working with vendor resources and coordinate releases in a fast paced environment
Hands on experience and knowledge of recent versions of Microsoft Windows Server / Desktop environments and related components – Server 2008/2012/2016 Desktop 7/10
Hands on experience and knowledge of recent versions of Microsoft SQL Server – 2008/2012/2016 technologies including SQL SSRS and SSIS Packages
Experience/Knowledge with Web Servers, Citrix solutions, Windows RDP and RTM technologies (IBM WebSphere)
Knowledge and experience with SQL, Python, APIs, PowerShell and other related programing languages
Knowledge and experience with VMWare, SANs, Networking and backup/restore technologies
Experience with automation/scheduling tools/processes
On-call duty (rotation), flexible working all hours including weekends
