Role: SAP Business Objects developer
Location: Temecula, CA, United States
Duration :6-12 months
Visa :Need USC, GC, GC-EAD.
Experience: 6+

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
 
Required Skills: 
•    A minimum of 5 years' experience providing analytic solutions in an SAP environment.  Strong SAP finance experience.
•    Exhibits strong Business Analyst core competencies
o    Works closely with Business stakeholders to document As-Is, To-be processes to design analytic solutions
o    Develops requirements specifications
o    Partners with development team to assist in designing solution
o    Develops Project plan and Timeline
o    Develops Test Plans, Test Cases
o    Assists in creating training plan and documentation for Business
•    Experience working on projects where Agile software development techniques are used
•    Experience with BI tools QlikSense and SAP Business Objects
•    Advanced SQL knowledge/skills
•    Provide SAP Business Objects reports end-user training and support
•    Experience with dimensional modeling for data warehouse/data marts
•    Ability to comprehend complex technical and logical concepts and adapt quickly to changes
•    Excellent troubleshooting skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with end users, co-workers and management 
•    Strong Analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills
•    Experience working with an offshore team
•    Prepare periodic management review of projects to communicate project status, present business process improvements, demonstrate application functionality, and ensure needs are being met
•    Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team
and display leadership skills when required 
•    Able to work on multiple projects or multiple complex tasks with competing priorities
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills
