Role - RPA Production Support


Location - Oaks, PA

 

Note: Client would prefer to have someone locally or will want them to relocate within a month.

 



Skills Required:

•           A minimum of 2-3 year of experience in the field of IT support

•           BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field

•           Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident and change management)

•           Thorough knowledge of data processing concepts and financial industry/banking operations practices

•           Thorough knowledge of relevant operating systems, languages, and environments (listed below)

•           Working with vendor resources and coordinate releases in a fast paced environment

•           Hands on experience and knowledge of recent versions of Microsoft Windows Server / Desktop environments and related components – Server 2008/2012/2016 Desktop 7/10

•           Hands on experience and knowledge of recent versions of Microsoft SQL Server – 2008/2012/2016 technologies including SQL SSRS and SSIS Packages

•           Experience/Knowledge with Web Servers, Citrix solutions, Windows RDP and RTM technologies (IBM WebSphere)

•           Knowledge and experience with SQL, Python, APIs, PowerShell and other related programing languages

•           Knowledge and experience with VMWare, SANs, Networking and backup/restore technologies

•           Experience with automation/scheduling tools/processes

•           On-call duty (rotation), flexible working all hours including weekends
