Job Description: The Enterprise Architect enables enterprise transformation and is responsible for maintaining the alignment of strategic goals and objectives with its products and services, partners and suppliers, organizational structure, business and functional capabilities, and key business and IT projects and initiatives that support one or more PLC brands. The Enterprise Architect I provide patterns, design, and coordination without constraining, rather encouraging the speed of innovation and business change. The Enterprise Architect I will guide technology decisions and develops future state architectures and roadmaps that effectively support enterprise business strategy. This position will work closely with senior business and IT leaders and other members of the Enterprise Architecture team to develop and maintain an integrated view enterprise technology landscape using enterprise architecture management framework, designated tools, and industry standard techniques. -5 years in lead architect, principal architect, or enterprise architect role. 7+ years of hands-on experience in architecture, design and development of Web and Mobile applications, APIs and Web services using Java or .NET in large and complex enterprise environments. Experience with cloud and cross-platform mobile frameworks Fluent in business and enterprise architecture management processes, standards, techniques, and tooling. Mature knowledge and hands-on experience in application architecture, design and development, data management, data architecture and integration, infrastructure architecture and service management. Expert knowledge of architecture frameworks. Expert at creating and communicating architecture strategy, roadmaps, reference models, guiding principles and standards. Technical leader with experience leading innovation processes and creative teams designing new and differentiated experiences. Solid IT implementation and solutions delivery experience. Architecture thought leader, innovator, and subject matter expert in the mobile space. Possesses strong interpersonal, facilitation and consensus building skills. Proven ability to obtain cooperation and build trust internally and externally. Exhibits mature judgment, solid credibility, and ethics. Ability to build positive working relationships with third party technology vendors (US and international). Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with management & peers.
