Role:-Business Analyst

Location:-West Chester, PA – Need local candidate

8+ years of experience
Work with Business team to identify and document desired business outcomes, goals, & strategies
Document requirements in collaboration with application SMEs and Business Stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of business processes and business rules to be apply to the data
Document Business Process Flows & validate with business team
Work with the business and technical teams to ensure all required data mapping is completed in a way that supports requirements, business process, and business rules
Help create and manage EPICs, Feature, and Story level requirements for larger projects/ client implementation
Collaborate with testing team to ensure tests reflect requirements and process
Work with Project/Product Owner to define project goals and ensure timely delivery of milestone items
Implement strategic and technical solutions for problems reported by business and operations by identifying the root cause
Finance domain experience preferred- should know basic concept and terminology
Experience with E2E testing – including integrations & reporting
Guide business stakeholders on User Acceptance Testing & ensure it is completed & signed off on schedule
