Duration : 2-3 Months Contract to Hire 
Interview: Xtivia will decide, client interview will be one round and done, before that xtivia will do 1 technical round based on that 90% hiring decision is done

Job description:

you will be responsible for delivering front-end and back-end solutions and provide a seamless user experience. The ideal candidates will have experience developing and supporting applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST, React, Node JS, and JPA, working within an agile environment building applications within the AWS cloud. You will be part of a dynamic culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.



Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

Work with business stakeholders developing front-end and back-end services.
Optimize and support existing systems as it aims to become highly automated and robust.
Identify major areas of systems improvement and drive results, by being able to quickly translate new ideas into solid implementations


Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or STEM degree, Master's Degree Preferred
10+ years of experience with Information Technology
Over all 5+ years of experience in IT, Java Development space.
Knowledge or background with Spring Cloud and JPA
Experience working with message-oriented systems, RESTful services, and microservices
5+ years Java development with heavy emphasis on Spring Boot, REST, React, Node JS
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
Good knowledge of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC
Self-Starter, motivated and proactive with strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple efforts
Prior experience designing, programming or coordinating application changes
Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility, influence and make recommendations to all levels
Knowledgeable in Cloud Technologies and exposure on AWS and related services
Problem-solving; ability to break complex issues into manageable pieces and function successfully in a high-pressure, quick-turnaround environment
Demonstrated accountability & execution fulfillment
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Change Acceleration – demonstrated use of change acceleration in across new processes and controls
