Job Description:
5+ years in a Mac/Apple-heavy technical role related to device management
3+ years' experience with administrating JAMF Pro MDM for MacOS
Knowlege of Okta users and groups
Experience with GSuite administration very useful
Python/Shell Scripting
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with Networking, Wi-Fi, DNS, Proxy and Firewall configurations in order to support device configuration and/or troubleshoot
Understanding of information security concepts, such as RBAC, SSO, MFA, etc.
Knowledge of Okta users and groups
Automation of workflows, scripting, JAMF Pro Cloud administration, 3rd party software configuration, and working side by side with the security and network teams to bring the best user experience to Mac using associates.
