Job Summary
The Business Intelligence Developer III position works on projects to meet business application needs. This position is a key contributor in creating and supporting standard and ad hoc reports to IT and Business Senior Management. This position is responsible for working with Business Analysts and key business contacts to translate functional and technical specifications into a comprehensive reporting design; Assists in requirements analysis, data analysis, data mapping, report development & testing, report modifications and documentation; Determines and develops strategy and framework for consistent report standards. Under limited supervision, the individual performs research/audit and analyzes high level complex/advanced data; defines, designs and develops new/enhanced reports in support of strategic planning, portfolio and project management, resource management and development of standard processes; works closely with business clients to resolve issues and enhance systems utilizing problem solving skill; assesses and evaluates technology needs to recommend solution options; performs interface analysis on detail level.
Duties
Liaison between I.T. Business Intelligence developmental team and business clients and defining solutions. Work with Business Analysts and key business contacts to translate functional and technical specifications into a comprehensive reporting design. Design of database architectures, data warehouses and data migrations. Designs, programs, tests, debugs, maintains and documents hardware/software for an advanced level of projects to meet business application needs interpreting policies, procedures and guidelines. Accountable for creating business intelligence packages, and implementing user reporting solutions based upon business requirement and content knowledge. Determine development strategy and framework for consistent report development standards. Create and support standard and ad hoc reports to IT and Business Senior Management. Meet with technical leaders to document and vet business requirements, identify effective reporting techniques, identify the best data sources for reach report field, identify risks and constraints, and design reporting formats. Perform project management activities to drive projects to completion on schedule with junior team members and mid-Level business professionals. Complete projects/tasks on a timely basis, according to commitments made to stakeholders and management. Develop, implement, and maintain ETL (extract, transform, and load) solutions to bring new data into the data warehouse. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience
Required:
At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence and OBIEE reporting development. At least 5 years of experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
Skills
Required:
Must have knowledge with creating ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) technology. Must demonstrate hands-on experience development reports using various tools and processes. Ability to multitask and prioritize work. Ability to adapt to changing tools and technologies. Must possess communication skills to work with the project team to determine and document reporting requirements. Advanced knowledge of applicable hardware/software configurations and programming.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. May be required to be on-call. Service oriented, decisiveness, emotional intelligence, knowledge of the business, problem solving/analytical thinking, Quantitative Prioritization, Results oriented, team focus.

Job Summary
The Technical Analyst III serves as the requirements project lead, working with the solutions architects, developers, business owners and stakeholders on all domains. The position is responsible for providing key client relationship management for the of projects and is accountable for consulting with the businesses to understand their business goals and objectives, processes, and requirements. Additionally, the incumbent will lead small to medium projects, mentor other Technical Analysts, represent the department manager, coordinate design sessions, creating process/data flow diagrams and documenting project efforts. The Technical Analyst III will function as a liaison between the developmental team and business owners as they collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design, from which applications and solutions are developed. In addition to developing functional requirements and specifications, the Technical Analyst III will also be responsible for providing guidance on the day to day activities of the other Technical Analysts, both staff and contractors.
Duties
Lead, plan and coordinate Technical Analyst activities within the department. Support large complex projects and /or multiple smaller projects. Liaison between I.S. Business Solutions developmental team and business clients gathering and defining requirements. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, including leading discussions, managing group dynamics, and maintaining group focus, to work towards accomplishing goals and objectives. Coordinate JAD (design) sessions with business units, I.T. developers and QA resources. Mentor, coach, and develop staff to meet and exceed performance expectations. Create and modify analytical documents to support the engineering team including flow charts and functional decompositions. Provide clarification of requirements to other project team members to assist in the creation of specific project deliverables. Provide analytical support to drive project decisions and production support as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field In lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.
Experience
Required:
Minimum of 5-7 years of Analyst experience. Prior healthcare insurance payer experience. Hands on experience working with enterprise warehouse and OLTP databases.
Preferred:
Minimum of 7 years of Analyst experience working in mixed AGILE and traditional environment I.T. environment.

Job Description
The ETL Data Integration Developer III is responsible for the operational support of Informatica environment including but not limited to automation, job scheduling, dependencies, monitoring and maintenance of ETL mappings, mapplets, and documentation. This position will manage, administer and work with ETL administration in addressing systems performance including on-going optimization and tuning of Informatica environment. This position will develop reliable and complex ETL processes to support new development of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Marts and other Business Intelligence projects. This position will also assist the Data Warehouse team in completing current Data Warehouse initiative projects. This position will also perform the duties to analyze and evaluate the data source and data targets required for the ETL mapping. Design, develop and implement complex ETL processes. It will also support and participate in source data analysis, specifically as it relates to domain definitions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience Required: ·
5-7 years of experience in Informatica ETL Developer role in Data Warehouse projects, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) and dimensional data modeling.
· At least 3 years of proven development experience in design and development of ETL/Data Integration and Informatica Power Center Suite.
· Experience with Erwin data modeling toolset.
· Experience working in a PL-SQL environment.
· Expert in database concepts, logical/physical design and development.
· Strong experience and comprehensive proficiency with Informatica in an Oracle Data Warehouse/BI environment
Preferred: 5 years of experience in Informatica ETL Developer role in Data Warehouse projects, Enterprise Data Warehouse, OLAP and dimensional data modeling.
Required:
Strong database development skills including the ability to analyze, create and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures, working on relational databases especially Oracle & MS SQL Server. Proficient in data analysis and problem solving.
