• Minimum 5 years of JDA TMS projects as a solutions architect, FOM experience nice to have
• Strong understanding of architecture discipline, processes, concepts, and best practice
• Conduct Joint Planning Sessions with business users
• Support TMS launch activities including Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Develop, document and roll out processes as needed
• Provide end user training
• Coordinate system issue resolution, and identify and drive enhancements Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, Information Technology or related field
• Ability to explain complex issues to a variety of audiences, think about the big picture when communicating, and report technical details succinctly
• Flexibility to step into other roles as needed
• Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with business users while promoting best practice methodologies to improve operations
• Assist in promoting a positive image and inter-business relationship with end users, business partners and support vendors
• Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes
• Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
• High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes
• Strong professional written and oral communication skills when conversing and negotiating with partners
