Job description:
Technical requirements:
-working in an enterprise level shop
-NO GOVERNMENT WORK
-has led several scrum masters
-at least a few years of RTE work
-SAFE certification
About you:
· Outgoing with excellent communication skills
· Highly Collaborative, and can influence others around risk & risk mitigation
· Unafraid of having your own ideas challenged and tactfully challenging others ideas
· Enjoy mentoring and supporting team members
· Self-motivated requiring little direction or oversight
· Experience with SAFE or Agile software development methodology
· Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of training and experience.
· SAFe Agile Certified. At least 1 year experience operating as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in an advanced agile environment.

· Knowledge / Experience:
· Extensive experience with structured methodology and project planning tools.
· Demonstrated experience in managing successful project delivery.
· Extensive knowledge of project management processes and techniques.
· Advanced leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships.
