Job description:
  
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development full stack Java development 
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues and their implications for projects and business decisions, facilitate discussion and resolution of problems, and mentor other IS associates.
 
· Expert level in at least one of the following environments: gaining understanding in other environments. Environments may include the following, plus the ability to interface with one or more database platforms:
§Web Application Development
§ Client Application Development
§ Mainframe Online and/or Batch Development
§ Enterprise or solution specific purchased software
· Understand infrastructure architecture – networks, productivity tools, operating systems – and provides input to leaders about the impact of these components
Problem Solving:
 
· Define root cause and correct the most complex problems quickly to minimize impact to the business areas
· Ability to build upon prior knowledge and experience
· Lead resolution of urgent system issues
Decision Making:
· Decisions may often involve multiple variables and may require research and analysis to determine most appropriate solution
· Works independently within the guidelines provided by System Development Methodology and IS Standards, escalating issues to leaders
· Provides feedback and mentoring to other associates


Job 2) Position :  Java Developer with React
Location :  100 % Remote
Duration : Contract

 Design/Build/Test/Implement new Partnership-focused P&L based on insights provided by UX teammates and representative user base.
 
You will be expected to bring to bear a variety of Java framework tools, as well as the knowledge gained from an internal user experience team defining the future of the financial advisor profit and loss presentation, to meet the requirements of the financial advisor partners.
 
Preferred Work Schedule/Hours   8 am to 5 pm M-F CST preferred
