Currently, we are looking for an Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant to join our team at our team. Ideally, this person will be remote and located in the central united states.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the Functional Expert and Trusted Advisor in the management and implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll projects.
- Gain the trust of the client, project team members and leadership team to ensure a successful project delivery
- Provide best practice guidance on leading payroll business processes so that clients can transform their business using Oracle Payroll Cloud
- Gather and interpret business requirements to appropriate configurations of the Oracle Cloud Payroll module. Create and update test scripts needed for functional testing.
- Coordinate efforts between other business lines and AST consultants to implement the best solution for the client.
- Work with the Technical Practice to provide guidance on data conversions, integrations and reporting. Lead and managing the definition and validation of various payroll-related conversion activities.
- Stay abreast of leading industry trends and Oracle features to give the clients the best solutions for their needs
- Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Specialization in Business, Accounting or Finance (highly preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Payroll Implementation Consultant with current Oracle Cloud Payroll experience in a functional advisory and/or consulting role
- Minimum of 2 full life cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementations.
- Proven ability to lead, manage and deliver full lifecycle projects through analysis, design, configuration, testing and cutover.
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll Cloud and/or other HCM Cloud modules.
- Experience providing advisory support and guidance on quarterly, and year-end go live implementations (required).
- Experience providing advisory support and guidance on monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll patch testing. Ability to perform impact analysis/testing and manage the issue resolution process.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL (highly preferred)
- Cross functional knowledge in other Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management and Time & Labor)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Private Sector experienced considered. Public Sector (Federal/State/Local, Educational Sector) experience highly preferred.
