Qualifications/Requirements:
 
Required Qualifications:
·  B.S. degree in math, analytics, statistics, computer science, or equivalent technical field
·  2-5 years of experience with modern front-end BI reporting tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, SiSense, Google Data Studio, and others
·  Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear manner to non-technical audiences
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills, experience presenting to all levels of an organization
·  Proficient SQL skill and ability to write complex, optimized queries
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
·  Consult with Business Leaders
·  Understand business stakeholders' objectives, their most important metrics, and how they measure performance and program effectiveness.
·  Effectively communicate/present results to Leadership and broader KWRI organization
·  Learn from, and share knowledge and skills with your teammates to grow BI's total impact to the organization
·  Build and deploy great data solutions
·  Develop web-based dashboards, reporting, and analysis tools that will be embedded in applications for Keller Williams Agents and leadership staff in Market Center Offices.
