This Consultant needs to have strong stakeholder management skills, with an ability to work closely with IT teams and business executives. They will be responsible for serving as the liaison between our business and tech teams on two business-critical, highly-visible, and urgent issues: Ensure that Bermuda’s OpenCo issues are appropriately prioritized, resourced, and resolved ASAP. Ensure that the MFX migration remains appropriately prioritized and resourced to be completed in Q2. On both items above and any others that may arise, ensure appropriate, timely engagement from all business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams. Provide regular audience-specific updates to all relevant stakeholders, proactively and reactively. Openly identify, discuss, and resolve challenges as they arise, working closely with the various teams involved, and escalate as needed.
