Requirements –

  • Techno functional MDM architect / lead who can work across business, IT and software vendors
  • Must have strong hands-on experience on any one of the MDM tools such as Reltio, Informatica MDM, Veeva, etc.
  • Must have knowledge on MDM concepts such as match and merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, data governance workflow, data quality and data stewardship.
  • Good experience in customer MDM implementations
  • Must have experience on data profiling, data cleansing including address cleansing.
  • Must have understanding on data modeling primarily data modeling concept related to master data management.
  • Good to have experience in technology like SQL, ETL, Unix scripting etc.
  • Must have hands on experience on data ingestion and publish integration development with source and target applications connecting to MDM.
  • Experience in analysis & design the data flow between multiple systems. And writing the data mapping for the same.
  • Researching, reproducing, troubleshooting, and solving challenging data issues associated with data movement across an enterprise.
  • Ability to research, reproduce, troubleshoot, and solve challenging technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills in collaborating with different team members
  • Ability to work in agile environment
  • Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work independently under minimal supervision
  • Experience in Life Sciences domain is nice to have
