Summary

The Salesforce Business Technology teams maintain Trust, Innovation, and Equality in mind as we work seamlessly with all involved teams utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver stable, high-quality applications to our customers (i.e. Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.) by driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes participating in Sprint ceremonies, performing functional testing, and utilizing automation framework and tools to develop test automation to support production releases and updates.

We pride ourselves in our small and nimble Sprint teams that collaborate on common problems across products and focus areas.

 

Responsibilities

· Participate on assigned Scrum team using Agile methodologies

· Develop and execution of regression, functional, and E2E manual tests and automated test scripts in Python and Selenium

· Perform requirements gathering to plan, design, and enhance manual tests and automation scripts

· Design and implement UI and API test automation applying OOP concepts that are fast, robust, and maintainable leveraging Selenium Web Driver driven by Python

· Diagnose, track and manage quality issues for resolution

· Document test plans and publish test results with the goal of continuous improvement in code quality and test coverage

 

Experience & Education

· Experience in testing Salesforce environment

· Experience with an automation scripting language, Selenium Web driver, Java, Python, and other

· Excellent understanding of SOQL and SOSL

· Excellent understanding of salesforce.com Web Services

· Excellent understanding of salesforce.com security model

· Excellent understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Communities

· Experience with performing integration testing of Salesforce with third party applications and managed packages

· Working experience with Jira, Gitlab, SauceLabs, and Bamboo

· Participate in scheduled after hour production releases

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
