Role                : Oracle R12 Technical Developer Location          : Wayne, PA   Responsibilities: Ensure standard Oracle R12 reports are generated Experience in Oracle Financials and corresponding tables Design and develop custom reports in Oracle R12 Understand the design architect of Oracle R12 Replicate and create reports in Oracle R12 as available in Oracle 11i Replicate existing business logic, adopt to new architecture and more refined business logics Understand the backend systems and source flow and help his team out to figure this out and ensure everything is flowing correctly and the reports are in correct format. Person should able to independently and has experience in Oracle 11i to R12 conversion of the reports   Minimum qualifications: BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA Experience in Oracle Applications Techno-functional Should have expertise in Oracle R12 reports and experience on GL, AP, AR Preferred qualifications Extensive experience in Oracle R12 report development Experience in Oracle 11i to Oracle R12 migration Able to work independently on Financials modules (GL, AR, AP & FA) Should be able to work independently. He should have good communication and client interaction skill. Good communication skills with positive, flexible attitude.
